Blaine Adams, CPA

Blaine Adams is a CPA, business owner, and investor based in central Illinois.

He previously served as CEO of River Valley Pipe, where he guided the company through a period of operational growth prior to its sale to a strategic buyer in 2025.

Blaine now works with closely held businesses through Adams Consulting, LLC, advising owners on tax strategy, financial clarity, and long-term ownership planning.

He also continues to serve in financial leadership roles within several operating companies.

Genevieve Schoepke, EA

Genevieve serves as a driving force behind the firm’s execution and client experience, overseeing delivery across our Business Processes and Strategic Tax functions while helping shape firm strategy alongside leadership.

Known for her exceptional precision, discretion, and follow-through, she brings the judgment, organization, and steadiness of a trusted advisor and de facto partner to her clients.
